Very Bad experience! The ring was ordered, and shipped two weeks late with no notice, my boyfriend had to email as to where it was. Then when received the ring was too big, we ordered a size 7 and they sent a size 8. Called to exchange it, they didn't tell me on the phone it was on back order, even though in the rude emails I received from their so called costumer service it was on back order from before I received it. Could have told me that before I sent it back so I could have at least shown my family, had to wait over 2 months to get my ring. Will NEVER purchase from them again. I am amazed at how rude they are to costumers. Just because they say "read all of our reviews" doesn't mean they can do whatever they want. That being said, I like the ring, but it's still a little loose and it's a 6, but I figure a 5 would be too small. Too bad they don't make half sizes...
