I was very satisfied with this order. Arrived on time. They actually messed up and gave me ten extra witch was a + (: Out of them all(20) i got one flexible one that would bend completely. I recommend these because they are easy on your teeth. The assortment was great, couldn't of been any better. I will definitely be ordering this product again in the future!

I love these tongue rings,even though they aren't flexible,like the description says.I want to order more,but am a bit skeptical because I don't want any duplicates.I was very impressed with the overall quality as well as the speedy shipping(regular shipping).There are NO 2 alike and I can mix and match and have one for every day of the week.

When read that they where flexible I thought that meant they would at least bend with my tongue... but they are really stiff. It doesn't bend at all in my mouth. I feel a little better wearing these "flexible" ones because the bar is softer and I have a habit of putting the bar between my teeth. The colors are very nice. They glow in the black light nicely as well. But if I need more tongue rings I'll probably just order the lot of 20 steel barbells again.
UPDATE:
About 2 weeks after I bought these I had worn all of them and two of the balls broke apart. One of them broke in my mouth(Hahaha so funny) Some of them are visibly cracked around the bottom where they were drilled into for the screw hole.

I placed an order for this product and never received the product in the mail. I then contacted customer service, which was helpful... They didn't understand why i haven't received the package, since they sent it out to the correct address. Customer service then asked me to check in with my postal carrier to make sure everything is okay, and she said there was never a package. With that said customer service was kind enough to send out an re-order of the same product. I still NEVER received either package, the first nor the second. At this point I was pissed. I then contacted customer service again, so they then refunded me on the order. So with all that said and done, I still never received a product from this company (which I'm pretty upset about due to who ever fault), but I am glad that the customer service center made attempts to help and keep me satisfied.

i thought i was getting one tongue ring then i read then order found out that i was getting 20 i dont thnk i will have to buy any more for a while
